SALMON FUDGE

14 ox can of undrained salmon
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup parmesian cheese

Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor. Spread on oiled or nonstick cookie sheet at desired thickness. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and slice with pizza cutter for desired thickness.

For cats, you can leave out the garlic in this recipe.
